The Surf Villa is located in the extensive hills of the "World Surfing Reserve Ericeira" and offers a direct view of the surf spot from the garden. In a few minutes you can get from the wooden deck at the pool to the line-up. The region offers you a wide range of waves and every type of surfer will find the right conditions for themselves. It doesn't matter whether you want to surf long point breaks or light waves with a sandy bottom, you'll find everything here within a short distance.
The rooms of the Surf Villa Ericeira are flooded with light, spacious and, with their stylish furnishings, immediately provide the necessary feel-good factor. You have the choice between premium suites, standard rooms or shared rooms. Just a few minutes away is Ericeira. Due to its perfect location, the city has transformed from an inconspicuous fishing village into one of the trendiest surfing cities in Europe in recent years. The Surf Villa is located on one of the hills above the world famous surf spot Ribeira d'Ilhas, about 5 minutes drive from Ericeira. Pastelerias & Restaurants
The culinary highlights in Ericeira include fresh fish and pastel de nata, a traditional Portuguese dessert. Let yourself be pampered in one of the small cafés and nice restaurants, many culinary experiences await you here.
The A Bica restaurant is known for good and typical Portuguese food. Live concerts are held regularly at Bella Sombra on Foz do Lizandro Beach. More insider tips await you in the villa.

Manu has been part of the Pure family for over 5 years. For some time he has been managing the Sunset Surflodge, as well as our surf hostel in Ericiera. In addition to his great surf & beach love, Manu is also a real talented craftsman. Before joining Pure he trained as a carpenter and his skills can be admired at many of our camps.

Surf Villa Ericeira Accommodation
Surf Villa Ericeira has 3 Premium Suites, which are located on the upper floor. Unlike the normal suites, they also have a balcony.
The spacious rooms are modern, comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The bathrooms are also modern in design and have a floor-to-ceiling shower. 2 of the Premium Suites have a balcony over the pool with a side sea view, the other has a balcony with a direct sea view over the entrance portal. Here you can sit outside in the evening and enjoy the fresh sea air.
Our 2 suites are located on the upper floor. The spacious, modern rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and each has its own bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower.
One suite has a panoramic window with sea view from the bed, the other suite has a balcony with sea view above the entrance area.
The two double rooms are located in the basement of the Surf Villa.
They have large windows and are each equipped with a private, modern bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower. The beds are large and comfortable. Depending on whether you are traveling as a friend or a couple, the beds can be set apart or together.
The spacious 8-bed shared room is very comfortably equipped with 8 single beds - so every guest has his own sleeping accommodation!
The room is also located in the basement and has its own bathroom with 2 showers and 2 WCs.

The general video analysis is included in both courses once a week. You always get feedback from the surf instructor on the beach, but these tips cannot always be implemented directly. Due to constantly changing surfing conditions, we do it like the pros and analyze the surf with photos and film in the evening! We will film you from the beach while you are in the water on a selected surf course day. Using some examples, direct improvement possibilities are discussed, which can help all students from the respective group.
Filming and evaluating each individual student would take a lot of time, so only a few videos are selected that show common mistakes that everyone can use to orient themselves.
If you are already surfing reasonably safely and want to take the next step, a video analysis is perfect for you. With the analysis you work on key sequences that differentiate between whether you are "only" surfing solidly or whether you are experiencing a clearly noticeable learning curve.
In the Surf Villa Ericeira we have set up our first test center for you. Depending on your surfing level, you can try different boards with us and feel which surfboard suits you best. Try different sizes and styles and find your magic board. We also offer you the option of ordering your magic board from us in the Pure Surf Shop.
You can already surf and would like to surf a lot during your vacation? Then surf guiding is the best way for you to catch a lot of waves on vacation. When it comes to surf guiding, we see that everyone is surfing at a similar level.
Then our guides will drive you and your new surf buddies to the best surf spots along the coast. Of course always with an eye on the forecast, how the wind is, how high the tide is in the water and from which direction the swell is coming. Our surf guides have lived and surfed the stretch of coast for years and always know the best time of day to surf.

Yoga
We have organized a yoga teacher for you who will be available to you as a personal coach during your stay. There are regular yoga classes that you can take part in and if you have any questions about your physical fitness, the coach always has an open ear for you.
Skating
In Ericeira there are now various skate parks that can be reached from the surf villa. The best skate park in town is also the closest to the villa and, in addition to a fat bowl, also has many street elements that are all waiting to be skated on.
Lisbon
If you are in Ericeira for a few days, you should definitely check out the coolest city in Europe, Lisbon. In addition to the exciting old town, there are also plenty of hip bars and restaurants to visit. We are also happy to accompany you and show you the best markets, the coolest streets and the most interesting corners of the city.
Sintra
The Serra da Sintra is a natural park south of Ericeira. The national park, which was only recently declared a World Heritage Site, is as diverse as only a few regions in Europe. In addition to many bouldering and climbing opportunities, Sintra is particularly well-known for its extraordinary palaces and unique nature. Between the hilly landscape and the many forest passages, rocks, castles or deserted beach bays keep appearing. With public transport you need about 2.5 hours to Surf Villa Ericeira. At the airport, take the red metro line to Alameda.
