The newly renovated Pure Surf Camp Morocco is located close to the beach and meets all quality requirements. The rooms are freshly renovated for you and the top floor has even been completely rebuilt. With 180° sea view, a large fitness roof terrace, world-class surf spots in front of the door and stylish, Moroccan interior, this surf camp is the perfect place for your surfing holiday at the highest level.
You can walk to the sea in less than 5 minutes. If you look out the window or from the roof terrace, you have a direct view of a beautiful left wave - your home spot. And the next point break is only 5 minutes away. In addition to surfing, it is of course important to fully enjoy the 330 days of sunshine in Morocco and soak up the oriental flair.
The fitness roof terrace is perfect for practicing yoga and working out with friends while watching the sunset. Located directly on the beach, the BeachClub awaits you with comfortable loungers, four-poster beds and hammocks. Relax under the Moroccan sun and enjoy the oceans view with a cool drink in hand. You can rent surfboards and wetsuits directly at the BeachClub - so you no longer have to carry them to the beach. In addition to drinks, the BeachClub offers delicious, warm meals to strengthen yourself after a long surf session. Showers and toilets are also available on site. The use of loungers, hammocks, four-poster beds, showers and toilets is included for you. Banana Village & Taghazout:
The surf camp Morocco is located in Aourir. Together with the neighboring town Tamraght, this region is called Banana Village. Next door is another well-known surfing spot: Taghazout!
The lively and authentic surfer town of Banana Village has small tea bars, shops, restaurants and a traditional weekly market, which takes place just 10 minutes from the camp. Since this is less touristy than the markets in the larger cities, you should definitely stop by there. The Paradise Valley oasis in the Atlas Mountains is ideal for smaller excursions. Beer and wine are offered at the camp. However, there is otherwise no alcohol to buy in town.
Local weekly market:
Only 100 meters from the surf camp you get a glimpse of an unadulterated Morocco, as tourists prefer the larger markets in Marrakech and Agadir. At the market in Aourir you can get the freshest food every Wednesday, from fruit and vegetables to nuts and fragrant spices. You can test your negotiating skills at the dealers. Around the market there are many cafes and stalls with delicious Moroccan food and the locals are open and friendly. You should definitely try the Moroccan mint tea.
La Source:
The idyllic beach of La Source is hidden in a bay surrounded by steep cliffs. It's a bit more hidden - accessible through a hotel and steps down to the beach - and a real tip away from the well-known big beaches.

The region around the surf camp Morocco is a real Eldorado for experienced surfers. Waves like K11, K12, Banana Point and Devil's Rock are breaking in the immediate vicinity. But also Boilers, Anchor Point, Hashpoint, la Soucre, Killers, Taghazout and many more are only a stone's throw away.
The guides will take you to the best spots by car. And that twice a day. The guiding can take place with at least 2 experienced surfers - the surf instructors on site will assess whether you are already fit for the guiding or should take part in the surf course again.

If you want to surf on your own or take part in the guiding, but don't have your own surfboard with you, you can rent one from us on site. For example, we have STComb Shortboards and Mini Malibus in various sizes (from 6’2” and up).
Of course, surfing is best with your own surfboard, but if you want to use our boards, you can of course rent them from us.
With the surf & yoga package you have the opportunity to get your body in shape and relax. There is a 1-hour yoga session twice a day, 5 times a week.
The roof terrace of Pure Surf Camp Morocco is not only the ideal place to do yoga in the mornings and evenings, it also offers a fantastic panorama overlooking the Atlantic. The yoga takes place twice a day, always in the morning and evening, except on Thursday evening and Friday morning.
The Pure Surf Camp Morocco has a brand new outdoor gym on the roof terrace which you can use at any time. Stay fit to prepare yourself perfectly for surfing and stay in shape even on vacation.
Beside the coched classes you can design your own workout or train together with other motivated guests or team members. It doesn't matter whether you work on your body alone or do circle trainings in a group.

The skate park in the neighboring town of Taghazout has become legendary!
The park is on a hill, so you can see the sea in the background. Just bring your skateboard, the park can be used free of charge. The locals are always happy when there are new skaters in the park and watching the pros is a lot of fun.
The park is suitable for both beginners and advanced skaters. There are many roll-inns and the surface is great for cruising.
A brand new addition to the program is Cross Training. You can have two sessions per week. Cross Training aims to create fitness in as many different body and muscle areas as possible. As a result, many sports are combined or crossed. The constantly varying functional movements are carried out with high intensity. This creates a good mix of strength and endurance.
It doesn't matter if you've never tried this type of fitness before or if you've been at it for a long time. Your Cross Training coach will give you a lot or little weight, many or few repetitions. In this way, a group of very differently built participants can train at the same time and together.
Pushing and motivating each other is clearly part of this sport and gives you a very good feeling of achieving sporting goals together.

Paradise Valley
During your vacation in the surf camp Morocco you should not miss the trip to the Paradise Valley. If you book the yoga package, the excursion is already included for free (note: this takes place depending on the weather and only if the oasis has enough water).
You can also book the excursion separately (price per person: 25 €). The camp is located at the foot of the Atlas Mountains that host the oasis. The Moroccan landscape enchants with lush green palm trees, bizarre rock formations and bubbling waterfalls. Nothing stands in the way of a refreshing dip in the cool water.
Please note that the excursion only takes place when the valley is full of water. It's not so nice when it's dry, so the trip isn't worth it.
New for you: Sandboarding in the desert.
We drive with you into the deserts of Morocco, with packed food and boards. Here you can look around the breathtaking desert landscape and be amazed. Of course we have the right boards for you to surf the dunes with.
Departure is in the afternoon with guides and boards and then it's an hour north of Agadir into a desert area. There you will have heaps fun sandboarding with us and in the evening you can still experience the sunset. A packed lunch and round-trip transportation is included.
In the neighboring Sea View Surfcamp as well as in the adjacent Richies restaurant, motto parties, cocktail nights and themed parties take place from time to time. The animation program is constantly changing.
Sometimes there's a funny jump competition (participation at your own risk), sometimes there's limbo dancing, costume parties or really dignified cocktail evenings with pleasant lounge music. In the garden we also have lots of comfortable seating. We to chat about the last surf while listening to relaxed guitar music. These evenings are completely free except for the drinks and are great for meeting new people.
No registration is required, the supporting program is always updated on the blackboard.

For the perfect start into the day, the breakfast buffet takes place on the terrace of our neighboring partner camp, under the pleasant Moroccan morning sun.
There is bread, muesli, fresh fruit, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, peppers, sausage, cream cheese, coffee, tea and table water. The ingredients are bought several times a week at the regional market and are super fresh and healthy.
For the day you can prepare a lunch package at the buffet so that you can recharge your batteries between surf sessions. To do this, you simply take a provided lunch box and make yourself a few sandwiches.
Dinner is included.
Dinner also takes place on the panoramic roof terrace of the partner camp, 20m away, and is prepared with fresh local ingredients.
The camp director goes to the regional market several times a week, bargains and picks out the best food for you - it couldn't be healthier and fresher! There is always a dish for vegetarians and vegans. With fish, meat, potatoes, pasta, vegetables, chickpeas, homemade bread, various salads and much more. You can eat a very balanced diet during your vacation.
There is also a BBQ night once a week, where you can end the day over the roofs of Morocco. By the way, you can get beer and wine in the surf camp Morocco, otherwise there is no possibility to buy alcohol in the region.

Taxi
Get a taxi from Agadir Airport and drive to Aourir. The journey takes about 40 minutes depending on traffic and costs between 300 and 400 DH (about 30 €). The price varies depending on whether surfboards are to be transported, how many people are transported and how much luggage is included. It is important to set the price with the driver before departure. If you are traveling alone, it is best to talk to other people who are also looking for a taxi so that you can share the cost of the journey. If you bring a surfboard with you, you should think about straps, as not all taxis have them on board.
Rental car
For those who want to explore spots independently and see more of the area, renting a car is a good option (again, don't forget your ratchet straps!).

Directions
From Agadir drive towards Aourir, also known as “Banana Village”. You take the Anza exit and follow a dual carriageway for about 2 minutes. Shortly after the king's palace (left side of the road, by the sea), a gravel path branches off to the right. The entrance to this gravel road is on the crest of a hill on which there is a settlement. You turn onto the gravel path, keep left and follow it to the end (approx. 150 m). There is the Pure Surf Camp Morocco. (Caution: If you drive down the hill and arrive in the small center of Aourir, you have already gone too far! Then just turn around and find the dirt road entrance again).
